Our process

STRATEGY
We prepare a detailed scope of work of the project along with completion timelines. Once we mutually agree on project scope, we move ahead with detailed planning and resource allocation for project.

DESIGN
Our design team prepares wireframes and mockups, based on the FSD and client inputs. Once we get these designs approved from client, we start development.
03
DEVELOPMENT
Development starts and proceeds as per the deadlines in the project development sprint. Weekly and monthly progress report is shared with the client.
